The rules, in plain English

What this studio is

Lana Sculpt Studio LLC provides non-invasive appearance and wellness services. It is not a medical practice. No diagnosis is made here, no medical treatment is provided, and nothing offered is a weight-loss treatment or a treatment for any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Booking and arrival

  • The first visit is $120 for any treatment and includes a consultation, a health screening and your first full session.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early. Arriving late shortens your session rather than the one after it, because the studio runs one client at a time.
  • You must disclose the health conditions asked about at the consultation. If something changes during a course — a new diagnosis, a pregnancy, new medication, surgery — tell us before your next session.
  • We may decline to treat you, at any point, if it would not be safe. Any unused balance is handled as set out below.

Changes and cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment. [State what happens if less notice is given: no fee, a partial fee, or the session deducted from a package. Whatever you choose, apply it consistently.]

Packages

  • Packages are for one named person and cannot be transferred or shared.
  • [State how long a package remains valid — for example 6 or 12 months from purchase.]
  • [State your refund position on unused sessions: refundable at the single- session rate for sessions taken, non-refundable, or refundable at your discretion. Some states regulate prepaid service contracts — check.]
  • If we decline to continue treating you on safety grounds, unused sessions are [refunded / credited].

Results

Individual responses vary and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed. What a course can reasonably achieve is discussed at the consultation and recorded with measurements and photographs so progress can be assessed honestly. Buying a package is not buying a result.

Photographs

Progress photographs are taken only with your agreement and are kept private. They are never used publicly without separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Liability

[Have this section drafted by your lawyer. Consumer-protection law in most states limits how far a service business can disclaim liability, and a clause that overreaches is often unenforceable in full.] Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
